3.1.The provided genetic resources should be used for non-commercial purposes only. 
3.2. Use of genetic resources for commercial purposes is possible only upon the conclusion of a new benefit-sharing agreement.
3.3. Any changes in terms and conditions for the genetic resources’ use specified in clause 3.1 shall be formalized in the form of additional agreements (protocols) to the present Agreement.
3.4 The User of Genetic Resources shall get prior approval from the National Competent Authority: 
       - to submit an application for intellectual property rights to the invention based on accessed genetic resources’ use; 
       - for commercial use of accessed genetic resources.
